Venice is my favorite destination for romantic weddings
This old city breathes history everywhere and all the time. A wedding in Venice is one of the most exclusive options for a romantic couple. At almost any time of the year I will be able to find dreamy spots, especially during late and early hours. Particularly in the Cannaregio, Dorsoduro, and Santa Croce “sestieri” (quarters), there are much less tourists around and the city shows its wonderful unmasked face. Be prepared for an adventurous shooting. Have you ever watched one of the atmospheric Commissario Brunetti crime movies based on novels by Donna Leon? Many of these famous movie spots provide a wonderful scenery for your eternal wedding memories.

Unique Preparation and Post-Processing
Wedding photography that creates unique, exclusive, and remarkable pictures is requiring intense work upfront. Not only with the families involved, but also with scouting the appropriate locations. In post-production, it is often very charming to apply a color scheme that reflects the season of the marriage. I often apply a soft contrast scheme for weddings in spring, and a more intense colorful scheme in the summer. In the autumn, the pictures benefit greatly from applying a warm, tobacco tonality, and in winter, a cooler blueish-white tonality signals elegance. This leads to very authentic and memorable pictures that will become part of the most important memoires of your lives.
